I just received this rare Gem of a Lou Lou. She is perfectly made by silicone dolls and she does have a COA. She will come with all of her originals, has a magnet for pacifier and is amazingly weighted !!! She does have a small paint discrepancy on the side of her pinky which is not a paint rub but simply paint not sticking onto that section but as always, I like to be very thorough and point out anything I see.
