My babies, and accessories, are carefully packed, to protect them on their journey home. I’ll ship USPS with insurance and Signature confirmation if required. Please be aware that I will only ship to the PayPal confirmed address, so please be sure when ordering.

Before making your purchase, please be sure that this is the right reborn for you, as all dolls are sold “as is” with no returns. All dolls are handmade and minor imperfections may be present which is perfectly normal and adds to the beauty of the baby. These dolls are pieces of art for adult collectors and not toys for children. I will not be responsible for any damage resulting from the misuse of the doll including scratching, scuffing, loss of limbs, or hair loss. Any normal wear and tear or damage from continuous or rough play is not my responsibility, as the paint and varnish aren’t as durable as manufactured dolls. If cared for properly, your doll will be an heirloom for generations to come. Dolls will be carefully inspected and fully insured prior to shipping. Your doll will be shipped out 1 to 2 days after payment is secure. Any claims for damaged, lost, or stolen packages will be the buyer’s responsibility however I will work with you throughout the process. It is strongly suggested that the buyer provide a shipping address where someone can personally accept the package.
